Hi, I’m Summer Roberts, and I’m passionate about helping small businesses thrive with clear, reliable, and insight-driven bookkeeping.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of hands-on experience, I’ve supported service, wholesale, and retail businesses - many of them based here in South Florida, where I first developed my love for bookkeeping. I used QuickBooks to bring order, accuracy, and ease to their financial lives, and I continue to offer that same calm clarity to businesses today, no matter where they're located.

In my earlier career, I often walked into office environments that felt more like storms—books in disarray, files in chaos, and Accounts Receivables falling through the cracks.  Everything was waiting to be sorted. I found a certain beauty in restoring that order. There’s something soothing about taking scattered pieces and creating a clear, organized picture again. And once the storm calms, monthly bookkeeping becomes the steady rhythm that keeps everything flowing. That blend of restoration and calm inspired me to create Summer Joy Bookkeeping—a service focused on bringing clarity and light back into your business.

Outside the numbers, you’ll find me chasing tropical beach breezes, dancing to country western tunes, curled up with a mystery novel, or enjoying quiet evenings at home with my cat. I’m a lifelong puzzle-solver, whether it’s on paper or in a set of financials - and I bring that same intuitive focus to every client I serve.
